Location has a slight advantage when it comes to the nuances of the language, choice of keywords in day to day life, culture and the way people and businesses perceive things and situations but otherwise location is never a barrier in domaining. 15 Years.

How did you find out about domain investing?
When .in and .co.in were released by the Government of India and I secured some of the best names in the in & .co.in extension and then started looking out for buyer to sell these names.
How many domains do you currently hold?
Around 1,000.

What's the best advice you've been given by another domain investor, either directly or through something they've said on twitter or in an interview?
The best piece of advice I received was from an article in TheDomains.com where Mike Berkens shared his strategy to extract the best possible price for his domain names and how patience was both a virtue and the key to success in domaining.
What kind of goals do you set yourself?
I have pre-set targets for monthly, quarterly and yearly domain sales and new domain acquisitions

What's the toughest part of domain investing?
The daily grind of mining the drop-lists and the never ending domain auctions.
How do you structure the domaining part of your day?
I start the day by going through the auctions that closed the previous day, sales data from Namebio, reading all the industry blogs, mining the daily drop-lists, checking out the auctions closing during the day, researching how much to bid on which name, answering domain related queries and inbound requests and browsing twitter for domain sales data.
How do you manage your portfolio?
Since I have a fairly small and niche portfolio it doesn’t require that much work on a daily basis apart from the occasional renewal notices.
Do you also have any NFTs or Crypto in your portfolio?
No.

6 Figures.
Have you ever done outbound? If so, were/are you successful?
No.
You're given $10k to spend on domains, how do you spend it?
I would try to buy LLLL.com and Two word .com names in a reseller price range.
Outside of domains, what other business/wealth/personal growth figures do you look up to?
I do a lot of Angel Investments in my spare time and keep a close eye on the investee companies apart from regular stock market investments.
What do you do when you're not domaining?
Reading, watching movies and spending time with my kids.
What advice would you give to people just starting out in domains?
Its never too late and never a perfect time to start out in domains. The best day is today and the best time is now and if you are willing to put in the hard work and the long hours, nothing can stop you from making a good living.
