What country are you based in?

India.

Do you feel your location has an effect on your domain investing?

I believe domain investing is something that you can do from anywhere in the world. It’s a skill that doesn’t require any qualifications, all you need is a valuable domain.

How long have you been involved in domains?

Since 2019 (3 years).

Are you a full time domainer?

It will always be a part time thing for me. I believe you should never depend upon doing one business. There should always be a business other than being an investor which guarantees monthly income.

How did you find out about domain investing?

When I got into IT in 2013, I always wanted to be an investor, grow and sell websites and later companies, since then I kept digging in and found out about domain investment. I think I’m slowly and gradually transitioning towards what I always wanted to do.

How many domains do you currently hold?

I believe in quality over quantity, I currently own about 100 domains.

What's your favourite non .com tld/nTLD/gTLD?

I believe the dot net trend will soon come to light. That’s where I have started investing. But mostly dot com.

What's the best advice you've been given by another domain investor, either directly or through something they've said on twitter or in an interview?

Don’t sell the domains you believe in to other investors, wait for the right buyer. If you give up, you may lose the chance and regret for the long term.

What kind of goals do you set yourself?

I’m looking to grow my domain portfolio by 10x by the end of the year and start selling at least 1 domain every month. I’m nowhere near to my goal because I’m heavily invested in NFTs because I wanted to keep diversifying my investments. Let’s hope for the best.

Who are your top 3 domain investors?

I learn from everyone, but I have been following Michael Cyger, TonyNames and Rick Schwartz.

What's the toughest part of domain investing?

Buying/Acquiring a domain, there are plenty of opportunities if you know how to value a domain. You don’t have to promote them. You just need to buy and list them.

How do you structure the domaining part of your day?

As per my schedule, I keep the domain investing part for the late night.

How do you manage your portfolio?

I keep track of my domains in a Google spreadsheet, I’m looking for a better solution.

Do you also have any NFTs or Crypto in your portfolio?

I currently hold about 26 NFTs on ETH blockchain and over 100 NFTs on Solana. Few Crypto tokens worth about 100 Dollars.

What's the most you've ever spent on one domain?

A thousand Dollars, Have received multiple offers on that domain, waiting for the right buyer.

Have you ever done outbound? If so, were/are you successful?

After sending 100s of emails, I received one response but that didn’t work out. Outbound is not my thing.

You're given $10k to spend on domains, how do you spend it?

I believe in diversifying my investments. So I would divide them into the following categories: Brandable (for SquadHelp), Short names, Five letters, Geo and Two words dot com and few dot nets.

Outside of domains, what other business/wealth/personal growth figures do you look up to?

I think you can make money very easily if you know how to grow a website traffic to the level where you can start generating money through multiple websites that you own. I’m currently experimenting with SEO to get the best of Organic traffic.

What do you do when you're not domaining?

I have a tiny Digital marketing and Web agency, that’s where I keep hustling through out the day and during the weekends, I don’t like to hustle and enjoy it to the fullest.

What advice would you give to people just starting out in domains?

Learn more and invest less. Don’t fall for the useless domains, you’re most likely to burn your money in the beginning.
